We went to Teppan Ku-Ya during our stay in Okayama and were glad that they had a table available. The vibe of the restaurant is good, they have friendly staff and a good menu to pick from!The beef that they offer (both Wagyu and Chiya) is amazing and I never had beef with this good of a taste in my life. Wow! I can really recommand this restaurant to everybody who is looking for a great evening with a slightly gastronomic vibe and setting!

Entirely an excellent dinner experience. Food freshly prepared and delicious. Friendly and expeditious service from the staff. Highly recommended.

Great grill seafoods, wonderful wines

Perfect place. The combination of Japanese and European cuisine, excellent meat and choice of drinks! Emotional atmosphere.

Wonderful from start to finish. Finely crafted, delicious food. English menu available, friendly and welcoming staff, and the bar seating allows for watching the chef at work. The Wagu beef and the assorted appetisers were the highlight for me. A gem.

We ate 3,500 yen course meal. The taste was good, and it was nice to be anything.

Takoyaki got delicious with delicious Japanese pickles with delicious Japanese peppers - it was delicious ~ ♪

I went there a long time ago when this store opened.Takoyaki is delicious.I remembered the store in a program that was broadcast in the past, and I remember recalling that the store manager had spoken with an announcer at Okayama Broadcasting, "I realized that I had a store someday."Looks like it ’s still flourishing today.I will go soon.

The takoyaki is a must try. Nice atmosphere and cheerful staff. So impressed when I received the thank you card from the restaurant.

A small teppanyaki shop with most of them bar table seats.... saw customers went to the rear and there may be rooms. Teppanyaki not cook in front of customers. 3 types of set menu and must choose the Okayama Chiya beef as must better than the other wague. Set include fried shrimp and scallop of ordinary quality. Octopus dumpling is good but not.my cup of tea. Okayama Chiya set only 5,000 yen and worth to go.

The telephone is very good and there is an English menu.

Very nice service and food

Really great culinary experience, probably the better we had in three weeks in japan. I raccomend to try one of the suggested menu, you will not be disappointed. The place is small, we went there on a rainy working day, and we barely find two seats, so i would suggest reserving. Service is perfect, and there is also a nice selection of local and imported wines. Definetely worth trying.

Facing the Momotaro boulevard, a restaurant with teppanyaki near the corner of Nishikawa. Although the frontage is narrow but the long steel plate is long in the counter center, the table has about three places.About 25 people in total seemed to be Capa.The staff 's response and cozy shop.Meat is main, but there are freshly baked soba and Takoyaki in the menu as well.Style of Ichibo steak is mainly received but the source gets two kinds of condiments like three kinds. I also enjoyed delicious ways of baking.

Went here based on other reviews. The food is worth every extra yen you pay. I decided to go for the A-5 Wagyu beef set and holy god was it good. If you love seafood be sure to get some scallops, they are prepared immaculately. The service was top notch, the atmosphere classy yet welcoming, their staff was friendly and the English menu was convenient. I can honestly say everything, I mean everything served was downright delicious. Get there at 6pm sharp or you may not get a seat.

I was very satisfied ... just feel casual restaurant! Everyone has a good combination of food, and every time they taste one by one, their taste is alive. My mother and I were very satisfied. We often had family members who accompanied the children. Not only the kindness, but also the small open-style kitchen, the staffs are working hard and happy,At the end, the hand letter that you give may not be that different, but it was impressive from the viewpoint of the traveler

I saw this place walking by and decided to grab dinner there the next night. Sadly it was fully-booked so I went elsewhere but returned at opening the next night. The food was excellent in flavor as well as presentation. The staff were very nice. Menus are available in English. They have a nice bottle list but I wasn't up for soloing a bottle and found the by-the-glass wine pretty decent. I definitely recommend.

You searching for good food, you will find it here. I took the 5 step set whit the kobe beef and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and explained every step of the set. Im not longer in the city, but whenever i go back, i will eat there again.

Excellent wagyu, assorted with nice veggies and a good Italian wine. We also enjoyed a talk with the chef and the staff and had a drink all together! We got offered sake at the the end with some picked octopus. For two. We had three wagyu plates and two bottles of wine, going back to our capsule hotel nearby was not easy!

Came with my wife a few days ago.Took two courses. The first was the one in ¥3500 and the second in ¥5000.Both of the courses were amazing. They know very well what they're doing.Everything was delicious and felt like there's a lot of passion being put in the dishes.Highly recommend!

Book and browse with the reservation app. There was a slight weighting even on weekdays. It was a set with A5 rank wagyu, but it was expensive, but the money was not too bad. From salad to dessert, you will be kind and caring. Korean menu available.

This restaurant has been a real discovery for us. The five courses menu at 3500Â¥ is a must. Fresh seafood was served with grilled vegetables. Definitely a place we would recommend if you happen to pass by Okayama city. Ask for the black sesame ice-cream to end your dinner with a sweet note.

Great food, wonderful service. Very busy and we were lucky to get a unreserved sit when they opened. They were booked out for the rest of the night (Saturday). We had Chiya Wagyu beef, pork and takoyaki. All delicious and presented well. Staff were really friendly.

It is delicious and very kind !! I was worried that it was too much oil, but it was not! If this is the price for this price, it will be a non-tipped king ... but the course is a little loose.

My husband and I ate here while on holiday. It was an extremely pleasant surprise. We both took a set menu and the food was simply amazing. The combination of the flavours was a treat and everything was cooked to perfection.From everything we saw, we could feel the passion for food and the eye for detail.We got a thank you card upon leaving and when complimenting the chef/owner(?) she was so happy and thankful, that it made us smile too.I can only recommended this place!
